Delivering online EMDR Therapy is not new, the first program designed for digital EMDR Therapy was developed in 2017. However, the first published research around delivering EMDR Therapy online was released in 2013. EMDR Therapy is just as effective when delivered online and may even be more effective in some cases. While more research needs to be done in this area, this workshop will step you through everything you need to understand to ensure that you are prepared and comfortable with providing effective EMDR Therapy in an online environment.
