We discuss the effects of stress on decision making and how situations like COVID-19 can lead to decisions made in haste and their unintended consequences.

We touch on some of the research about decision making and how it affects us and our clients.  There is a lot of research about the effectiveness of working online, including working with EMDR Therapy Remotely.

We address some of the questions, concerns and comments that have arisen about working with clients online since the Coronavirus changed the way we work.
